Quality Value I have to admit, I was bit skeptical at first, but upon completing week six of HGHUP♂ I can say with complete confidence that there is something to this stuff. The sleep benefits were noticeable right from the start, and over time increased endurance and a gradual leaning out effect became very apparent. After starting my second bottle, dosing at 5 caps a day, the strength gains are finally becoming one of the more impressive aspects of this product as well.
