Quality Value I say again I use it everyday, and I'll admit, when i first started using LF, I enjoyed the taste and energy I got, but now, I think the LF ingredients are having more than a positive effect on me, consequently affecting my gym performance. Quality Value I was able to complete the workout in less than 30 minutes, a workout which would normally take me 40-45 minutes. I can understand now how this would be a great pre-workout to take if you are involved with a lot of HIIT (high intensity interval training)...I also noticed great vascularity in my arms.
